I have said time and time again. When it comes to everything in life you must enjoy it and have fun otherwise it won’t last. Make it FUN!!!!! Being healthy and fit is quite simple. NO DIETING, eat Healthy, start MOVING your BODY and stay active!!!

You must look at your life and decide that you want to be healthy, period! On the other hand it’s ok to want to look good (aesthetically) while feeling good. And remember that your body is not your own according to the word of God. The word states in 1Corinthians 6:19, do you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.

Let’s talk HARD FACTS! Majority of ALL diseases and health issues like, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, etc. etc. etc. today are related to bad nutrition (foods that we eat and don’t eat) and lack of exercise.

Lose weight effectively
