Hello Everyone I am Sheila Washington-Armstrong founder of Pumping and Praising, Inc. It’s time to jump up NOW and make some permanent Healthy wise changes & have fun at the same time!

As a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Zumba Instructor, and Nutritionist, I will give you some user friendly tools to obtain wellnes in the workplace and in your personal lives. Pumping and Praising, Inc. is for everyone. We work with corporations, small to large businesses, ministries, families, and individuals on their Wellness and Fitness needs.
Over the years I have worked as a Fitness coach with American Heart Association, Diabetes Treatment Center, The First Tee Golfers, Mothers of Professional Basketball Players organization, Michelle Obama’s campaign “Let’s Move Los Angeles” and hosted radio segment “Pumping and Praising” on the morning drive as the Fitness trainer for one of Las Vegas’ top radio stations.
I have coached and trained clients and have discovered that a huge percentage of people know what to do to be healthy, YET don’t follow through! Often times I call the workout and nutrition sessions just reminders.
In some instances there are clients who don’t know how to grocery shop for healthy and nutritious foods, and some aren’t educated on the correct way to exercise.

Around the globe people are literally dying and living defeated lives due to bad health, heart diseases, cancers, obesity, bad nutrition, lack of physical exercise and lack of education!

For years I mean YEARS, I have been very concerned about the well-being of family, friends, and co-workers in the area of their health. I have always encouraged everyone to drink water, take group walks and to be mindful about nutrition and exercise. Being healthy, fit and wise can be obtained, but there is a method to it.
